IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Good morning, Boerne. Before we take a look back at the week, we want to wish all you Boerne moms a happy Mother’s Day. We hope you have a special day!

Okay, let’s take a look back at the week.

BRADY’S AUTO REPAIR & DIESEL HAS BEEN QUIETLY BUILDING A STRONG REPUTATION HERE FOR YEARS

If you’ve got a diesel truck, our partners at Brady’s Auto Repair & Diesel have dedicated technicians focused specifically on diesel repairs and service. They have two diesel techs with more than 30 years of experience each working on everything from diagnostics and fuel systems to turbo repairs, maintenance, and larger engine jobs.

Brady’s has been serving Boerne for more than 26 years, but because they’re tucked back off North Main on Market Ave, you might not realize they’re there.

They’re also a AAA-approved facility, all technicians are ASE certified, and they back their work with a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty.

A lot of buyers are still holding off because they think they need a huge down payment, but that’s not actually what most people are doing. The average first-time homebuyer puts down closer to 10%, and depending on the loan type, some buyers qualify with as little as 3.5% or even 0% down.

That old 20% myth keeps a lot of people stuck on the sidelines longer than they need to be. Our partner Charley Wasson with Sunflower Real Estate can help walk you through what’s actually possible and connect you with the right resources to better understand your options.
