Planning and Zoning Committee Denies Developer Rezoning Request

Monday evening, the Planning and Zoning Committee reviewed a request to rezone land for a new subdivision, The Birch at Spencer Ranch, located off 46 on the west side of I-10. The developer sought to switch to R2-Medium Density Residential Zoning, allowing 2.82 lots per acre.

Answer: It’s perhaps the best place in Kendall County to hike - Joshua Springs Park & Preserve. Okay, technically it’s in Comfort, not Boerne
 but barely!

If you’ve never been out to Joshua Springs, we highly recommend. It’s gorgeous!
