Election Day 2024 This Tuesday

Early Voting Turnout Was Massive

Kendall County, you've set the bar high! 🗳️ With a 65.39% voter turnout and 25,475 votes already cast in Early Voting, we’re on track to make history.

Kendall County finished 1st among Texas counties with over 20,000 registered voters, surpassing #2 Comal County by 1,070 votes, and came in 3rd statewide across all 254 Texas counties, just 514 votes shy of 1st place Blanco County.

We’re just 1,101 votes away from surpassing the total 2020 turnout, with 5,152 new registered voters since then. Every vote matters—this is our chance to lead Texas and show the strength of our community. Polls are open from 7 am to 7 pm, so make your voice heard and don’t miss your last chance to vote this Tuesday!

NEWLY DONATED SCULPTURE COMING TO CITY PARK

The City Officially Accepted This Generous Gift

The Runner, a life-sized bronze sculpture by renowned artist Glenna Goodacre, will soon be installed at Boerne City Park, thanks to a generous donation by Bryden and Kay Moon. This stunning piece, depicting a woman preparing for a run, celebrates Boerne’s active spirit and will be placed near the park’s walking and running trails for all to enjoy.

A Festive Evening of Christmas Around the World

Cave Without a Name in Boerne got its name in a statewide contest held in 1940. A young boy entered and suggested it was “too beautiful to have a name.” He won and received a $250 cash prize.
