Cheer on the Greyhounds This Thursday

Boerne High School’s football team is heading into the Bi-District Playoff Game against Corpus Christi Carroll this Thursday, November 14, at 7:00 PM at Boerne ISD Stadium. Come out to support the Greyhounds and enjoy an exciting night of football as they take on their first playoff opponent.

This is especially exciting, as this is their first season moving up to 5A. It’s been a successful move, to say the least!

BOERNE WANTS MORE PUBLIC ART

81% of Surveyed Residents Want More Murals Around Town

The City of Boerne’s Arts and Culture Strategic Plan draft, discussed at the recent City Council meeting, highlights key community desires based on survey results.

Over 80% of respondents want more murals, while 95% expressed support for expanding arts and cultural programs.

The survey also revealed strong interest in new performance venues and additional museums and galleries. The plan outlines potential projects to enhance Boerne’s public art and cultural scene, with a final decision expected on December 10, 2024.
