LEARN TO PLAY POKEMON FOR FREE š

Recently we reported on a new gaming shop coming to the Live Oak Shopping Center on North Main. And while theyāre not open yet, theyāre wasting no time getting involved in the community.
Yesterday they announced a new monthly series theyāll be hosting at the Boerne Library starting October 23rd teaching kids and families how to play various games. This month theyāll start with teaching how to play the PokĆ©mon Trading Card Game.

Traders Village San Antonio is bringing back its Corny Maze, open Thursdays through Sundays through November 1. As the only corn maze in San Antonio and the largest in South Texas, it offers three trails from easy to advanced.

NBA Player George Hill Pulls 6-Figure Card in New Local Card Shop*
Remember Prime Time Sports Cardz, the new sports cards & memorabilia shop we told yāall about? They were just visited by pro basketball player, George Hill (who started out as a Spur, btw) where he cashed out a $15,000 box of Flawless Basketball cards and hit a massive 6-figure Flawless Champions Tags Stephen Curry card. In a generous gesture, he gave away his leftover cards to local kids that were lucky to be in the shop today.

Boerne High School has climbed into the San Antonio Express-News 6A/5A top ten rankings after a hard-fought win over Alamo Heights last Friday. The Greyhounds handed Alamo Heights their first district loss since 2019 and now sit at No. 9 in this weekās rankings.
