FALL DAYTRIP: CORN MAZE AT TRADERS VILLAGE

Traders Village San Antonio is bringing back its Corny Maze, open Thursdays through Sundays through November 1. As the only corn maze in San Antonio and the largest in South Texas, it offers three trails from easy to advanced.

THE BOERNE BUZZ

Kinder Park Closed Today for Re-Mulching

Kinderpark will be closed starting Tuesday at 11:30 am and all day Wednesday while crews spread a mountain of new mulch to keep the playground safe and soft. The park reopens Thursday morning at 7 am, better than ever and ready for play. The caveat would be if they get rained out during the mulching process. 😁

Imperfect Pies Food Truck Taking Time Off

Imperfect Pies, known for their scratch-made pies at the Free Roam Brewing Co. beer garden, is taking a little time off. They’ll be back serving up slices for Oktoberfest in a couple of weeks.

More Citizens Speak on Buc-ee’s

Last night at the city council meeting, nothing about Buc-ee’s was on the agenda. But that didn’t stop six people from speaking during the pubic comment time period at the beginning of the meeting. It’s worth noting, citizens are free to sign up at city council meetings to address any issues they might have, regardless of what’s on the agenda.

Charity Classic Tees Off At Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club*

The annual Charity Classic returns Monday, October 27, at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club with proceeds benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Invited Employee Care Foundation. The day kicks off with an 8 am check-in and 9 am shotgun start on the Blackjack Course, with breakfast, lunch, and live music included. Registration is $125 for single players or $500 for a foursome.
