5. Firehouse Subs Gives Back Before Opening

The City of Boerne is continuing longer-term cleanup and restoration along Cibolo Creek following the July 15 flood. Crews are removing damaged trees and debris while planning future restoration along the creek corridor. Learn more

Construction is underway on Forge & Build’s new location at 58 Shooting Club Road, just southwest of 28 Songs Brewhouse + Kitchen. The nearly 7.5-acre project will include a 14,800-square-foot facility with a showroom, warehouse, and outdoor lumber storage.

Forge & Build will offer lumber, hardware, and building materials for contractors and DIYers. The $2.5 million project is expected to be completed in early 2027.
