JOSHUA CREEK RANCH RAISES $24,000 FOR FLOOD RELIEF

A Heartfelt Thanks to the Hill Country Community

Joshua Creek Ranch is extending a big thank you to the members, guests, and staff who contributed to their July flood relief efforts. From donating clothing and essentials to attending events like the Steak Night and Fun Shoot, the community came together in a big way—raising more than $24,000 in cash and in-kind donations.

Proceeds will go to Comfort Area Foundation and other local first responder organizations, including departments in Comfort, Waring, Sisterdale, Center Point, and Hunt.

Writers, readers, and poetry lovers are welcome at the library for this monthly meetup.

SPROCKET GOT A SPA DAY 🐕🫧

Our good boy Sprocket had the full luxury treatment thanks to Traveling Tails Mobile Pet Spa! They pulled right up to the curb and pampered him in their fully-equipped grooming van.

Sprocket is a Great Pyrenees/Poodle mix, and with that wild hair, he needed the works — and he loved it. Our smaller dog, Henry, not so much. But that’s a story for another newsletter lol!

Looking for a playful and enriching start to the school year? WonderKids Club at The Little Gym of Boerne is now enrolling for fall! This preschool enrichment program blends early literacy, social development, and movement through a weekly Funny Bugs gymnastics class—perfect for curious 3- and 4-year-olds.
