👉16 Things to Do This Week

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Good morning, Boerne. This is The Boerne Life, the newsletter that can’t wait for the Kendall County Fair this weekend. However, it’s a super busy week before we get there.

So let’s take a look at all there is to do!

Health 210 isn’t your typical doctor’s office. This Boerne-based clinic takes a strength-first, prevention-focused approach to health—helping you feel better, age stronger, and live longer.

And right now, they’re stepping up for our community: Anyone affected by the flood can be seen same-day at their clinic. No hoops, no delays—just help when you need it.

They’re also collecting much-needed donations for those working in the field. Drop off items like sunscreen, bug spray, hydration packets, aloe, protein snacks, foot powder, and other relief essentials.

TAKE SOME TIME TO RELAX, BOERNE 💆‍♀️

Our friends at Massage Heights Boerne is here to remind everyone that taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.

If your neck and shoulders ache, you wake up tired even after a full night’s sleep, your to-do list never ends, or your mind just won’t stop racing, it might be time for a massage. A single session can help restore balance, ease tension, and give you the reset you need to take on whatever life brings.

In fact, we’re booking a massage this week ourselves. All this leaning over the keyboard has our necks hurting!
