Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club is bringing members together Friday at 2 PM to cheer on Boerne Little League as the boys continue their run in the Little League World Series. The game will be on the TVs at the Oak Pit, with game-day food and cold drinks available.
It’s an especially exciting one for the Club, with one of the players being the General Manager’s nephew. More than golf and dining, the Club gives local families a place to gather, connect, and celebrate moments like this together.

Boerne has no shortage of places to hunt for hidden treasures, from vintage furniture and home decor to name-brand clothing, handbags, bikes, and plenty of wonderfully random finds. And the best part? Many of these local thrift shops support nonprofits and community organizations, so your shopping can give back, too.
From Faith & Funky Junk and Hill Country Animal League Thrift Store to Fabulous Finds, HauteSecond, The Sisters’ Attic, and more, there’s a spot for just about every kind of thrifter. Whether you’re hunting for a bargain or just like seeing what you can uncover, these shops are worth knowing.
