FIDDLINā FROGS FORCED TO CLOSE šø
Beloved Comfort Boutique Faces Smoke and Water Damage But Vows to Return
Every time we post on Facebook about going to Comfort, the comments are full of āmake sure you go to Fiddlinā Frogs!ā But unfortunately, we came across some sad news yesterday. The beloved boutique on Highway 87 in Comfort, is temporarily closed after a fire broke out at a neighboring home.
While flames didnāt directly destroy the store, intense heat shattered windows and melted parts of the building, leaving behind heavy smoke and water damage. Their electric box also melted, leaving the store without power.
The good news: much of the merchandise was spared, thanks to the fast work of local firefighters who kept the fire from spreading further. The boutique is waiting on insurance adjusters before clean-up and repairs can begin.
Owners are asking for patience, support, and prayers as they sort through next steps, with hopes to welcome customers back soon. Follow them on Facebook to learn more.
