That little shed on School Street has been around since the 1950s, back when Boerne’s main school was located on Johns Road. After school, local kids would stop by for snacks, sodas, and even barbecue.

There’s even still a smoker tucked away in the back corner. It’s a small piece of Boerne history that tells a pretty great story about what life around town looked like decades ago.
