👉How You Can Help Support Flood Relief

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Good morning, Boerne. This is The Boerne Life, the newsletter that is saddened by the tragic events of 4th of July weekend. Our prayers go out to all who were affected.

Today’s newsletter will be a bit different as we will focus on how Boerne can help those in need.

— Chris

Infiniti of Boerne, who has several employees from Kerr County who were directly impacted by this weekend's tragedy, is collecting donations to support those affected by the floods. You can help by dropping off essential items like non-perishable food, clothing, blankets, hygiene supplies, and pet food at their dealership (32275 Interstate Hwy 10, Boerne, TX 78006).

Monetary donations can also be made directly to the Red Cross or The Community Foundation of the Hill Country. Infiniti employees from Kerr County will personally assist in transporting donations to those in need.

WHERE TO SAFELY DONATE FUNDS

If you're looking to support flood relief with a financial contribution, it's important to give through trusted channels. The Kerr County Flood Relief Fund is a safe, effective way to help.

Established by The Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity serving the Texas Hill Country, this fund supports vetted nonprofits, first responder agencies, and local governments providing rescue, relief, and recovery in Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort.

While donations won’t go directly to individuals or property repairs, they will reach the people and groups actively working on the front lines. All gifts are tax-deductible and come with a donation receipt.

📍 You can give online or by mail:
241 Earl Garrett Street, Kerrville, TX 78028

YOU CAN HELP BY DONATING BLOOD 🩸

The recent floods may have a negative impact on the blood supply across our region. With donation appointments canceled in affected areas and schedules being disrupted, our local supply could feel the strain.

South Texas Blood & Tissue is calling on the Boerne community to donate. Their local donor center is open this week and accepting walk-ins:

📍 215 W Bandera Rd #115 (next to the UPS Store)
⏰ Walk-ins welcome or schedule online or by phone.
