A Tesla charging station is expected to be built at the QuikTrip in Comfort, according to a recent TDLR filing and confirmation from a store employee. If plans move forward, construction could begin as early as August, with the project expected to cost $172,000.

While the project is still subject to change, it could make electric vehicle travel even more convenient for locals and visitors throughout the Hill Country.
