Sunday night was something special—George Strait headlined a private benefit concert in Boerne that raised over $6.25 million for Texas flood relief. But the biggest surprise? Garth Brooks joined him on stage for a rendition of “The Fireman,” sending the crowd into a frenzy.

The event, held at Estancia at Thunder Valley, also featured performances by Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson, Riley Green, and more. One of the standout moments? Dean Dillon, Bubba Strait, and King George himself performing “Here for a Good Time”— and yes, there’s video in the article.

This Sunday, August 3, he’ll be cooking live at the Texas Spirit Flood Relief Benefit at Random Beer Garden, alongside Hawk Sullivan and a full team of volunteer pitmasters, and Shelby’s Dae-ly Meals will be whipping up the sides.
