Corrival Ranch is asking the community for help after last week's flooding caused an estimated $500,000 to $1 million in damage to the Boerne horse ranch. Staff worked quickly to move all 120 horses to safety before rising water flooded buildings and damaged equipment.
Volunteers are welcome every day beginning at 6:30 a.m. to help shovel mud, clean buildings, and support the recovery effort. A fundraising event benefiting the ranch is also planned for Saturday as the community rallies behind one of its local businesses.

If your home or property sustained damage during the recent floods, you may qualify for property tax relief, but the application deadline is October 26, 2026. Filing could help reduce your property tax burden as you recover from the storm's impact.
The team at Boehm Commercial Group is encouraging eligible property owners to review the requirements and apply before the deadline. If you're unsure whether you qualify, now is a great time to learn more and explore your options.
