NEW TRACTOR SUPPLY IS COMING TO BERGHEIM
Work has officially begun on Tractor Supply coming to Bergheim. Crews are now at work on the new 23,729-square-foot store at the corner of Highway 46 and Rodalyn Drive, marking another milestone for the growing area.
State filings estimate the project will cost $2.27 million, and while an opening date hasn't been announced yet, locals can finally see progress on the highly anticipated store.

What started as an unexpected visit to Boerne Animal Care Services ended with a happy reunion. A goat and two pigs that escaped after last week's storms damaged their fence were safely cared for until they could be returned to their owner.
It was fun to drive by and see a goat hanging out where the dogs usually are!
It's another great reminder of the important work Boerne Animal Care Services does to help both pets and livestock when emergencies happen.
If you or someone you know could use a little extra support, there are several resources available this week in Boerne. Comfort Table and Food Pantry has cleaning supplies and pet food available, with the pantry open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 5 p.m.
Community members are also invited to a free community meal on Wednesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, where dinner will include spaghetti, salad, and dessert. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The gist of it is the storm is likely weakening and breaking up as it approaches Texas, is not expected to impact the Hill Country, but might send much needed rain to the Corpus area.
