Bexar County is moving forward with a feasibility study for a proposed youth sports complex near the Kendall County line, across I-10 from Lemon Creek Ranch and the Fair Oaks H-E-B. If built, the project could become a major destination for youth sports in the region.

Current concepts include up to eight baseball fields, four soccer fields, and approximately 200 parking spaces as part of a future county park. County leaders say the area's rapid growth makes it a strong candidate for a facility that could attract tournaments, visitors, and additional economic activity to the eastern gateway of Boerne.

Over the last two weekends, Melissa earned multiple podium finishes, including Ladies High Overall Champion at the Texas State Skeet Championship. It's a well-deserved accomplishment for someone who spends so much of her time promoting local businesses, organizations, and community events throughout Boerne.
