IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Good morning, Boerne! Summer is starting to feel very real around town, and today’s lineup brings a little bit of everything. There’s plenty worth getting out of the house for.

Inside today’s email:

  • Country dancing returns to the Kendall County Fairgrounds

  • Magic, planting, and family fun at Herff Farm

  • Nothing Bundt Cakes officially opening its doors

  • Local IVF grants

And a whole lot more. Let’s get into it!

The Kendall County Fair Association is bringing back its Summer Dance Series on June 13 at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. The Ranger Band will be playing traditional country western music from 8 pm to midnight, reviving a long-loved local tradition of dancing, community, and live music under one roof.

Doors open at 7 pm at the New Hall (1307 River Rd), with tickets available at the door for $15 cash. It’s an all-ages event (kids 8 and under free), making it a simple, no-frills night out for anyone looking to two-step the night away.

After two incredible events, The Boerne Life Dinner Club is back, sponsored by our friends at Enrich Health & Wellness.

At our most recent Dinner Club, nearly 120 locals participated, making it almost twice the size of our first event. After dinner, more than 70 people showed up to the after-party to keep the conversations going.

The feedback was incredible. People exchanged phone numbers, made plans to meet up again, and we've even run into attendees hanging out around town who originally met through Dinner Club.

Whether you're new to Boerne, looking to expand your circle, or simply enjoy meeting interesting people, Dinner Club is a fun and easy way to make new connections.

➡️ Spots are limited and expected to fill quickly

The Farmers Market at Herff Farm is turning into a hands-on adventure on June 13 with “Nature Makers,” a family-friendly day of planting, performances, and a live magic show from Hootie the Magician. Kids can plant their own “magic beans” to take home while enjoying performances from young local magicians around the farm.

It’s part science, part imagination, and all set in the Teaching Garden at Herff Farm for a one-of-a-kind summer experience.

Boerne Sips Nutrition is now serving up vegan and non-dairy options, giving even more ways to enjoy a refreshing drink without the dairy. Whether you're plant-based or just looking to switch things up, there's something new to try on the menu.

It's an easy stop for a quick boost, a post-workout pick-me-up, or just something cool and different while you're out and about in town.

Beautiful floors can completely change the feel of a home, and Couture Floors is the team behind transformations like this across the Hill Country. Founded by longtime Boerne residents Jed Mazour and Dan Majetich, the company has spent over 20 years helping homeowners upgrade everything from hardwood and carpet to tile, LVP, and custom showers.

It’s also become a true family business, with Jed’s son Hunter now working alongside him, continuing the hands-on approach the company is known for. From design help to installation, their team guides homeowners through every step of the process.
