New O’Reilly Auto Parts Gets First Approval

City Council has approved the first reading of a special use permit for Boerne’s second O’Reilly Auto Parts location — this one planned for the Live Oak Town Center where Duke’s Bar used to be. The new store will be smaller than the South Main location and is moving forward with delivery restrictions and oil disposal safeguards in place.

Council members also noted that North Main could benefit from new energy and business investment — and projects like this one could help breathe new life into the corridor.
