You Can Meet the Artist Behind Wild Bill and the Artist Behind the Children Feeding the Ducks at the Main Plaza Pond

Boerne’s biggest art celebration of the spring starts this Friday, and you’re invited!

The 15th Anniversary Texas Treasures Co. Spring Art Show takes place April 11–13 with a free, family-friendly festival spread across all three of their locations.

You’ll meet nationally acclaimed artists like Erik Christianson (creator of the iconic “Wild Bill” statue that sits in front of Main Plaza), and Marianne Caroselli (creator of the kids feeding the duck statue at the Main Plaza pond) view live demos, enjoy an open bar and catered food, and explore the brand-new sculpture garden at the Shoppes at 222.

Expect 30+ incredible artists, a Native American jewelry trunk show, live music, and the chance to experience Boerne’s art scene in a whole new way. Come ready to experience (and buy!) some amazing art!

It’s all happening on South Main Street — and it’s free and open to the public all weekend long.

Set to Replace Old Shell Station

We’ve been wondering for a while what’s going to replace the Shell Station that was demolished next to Taco Cabana and Denny’s on West Bandera Road. And now we know - Chase is looking to put a retail branch there.

So if you bank with Chase, you’re probably pretty excited not to have to drive to the Dominion anymore. Otherwise, it might seem a bit anti-climactic…
