CHIPOTLE IS COMING TO BOERNE TOWN CENTER
For Real This Time 🤣
Remember how we put out a story last week that Chipotle wasn’t actually coming to Herff Road? Well turns out that was only part of the story.
Now just a few days later, we found a brand new filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation showing Chipotle will fill one of the spots in the Boerne Town Center Development off I-10 on the exit for 46.

SHOOTERS CANTINA OPENS FOR LUNCH TOMORROW AT JOSHUA CREEK RANCH
You Have to See This Gorgeous Property for Yourself 🤩

If you're wondering where to grab lunch this weekend, Shooters Cantina opens for the season tomorrow (Thursday) at Joshua Creek Ranch — and it's worth the short drive.
Last week, we went to a Boerne Chamber event there, and trust us: the place is stunning. Just the drive into the ranch is gorgeous, with the road hugging the creek all the way in, wildlife everywhere.
Shooters Cantina offers casual, chef-prepared meals and a full-service bar, served poolside in a relaxed Hill Country setting. The menu features burgers, brisket nachos, shrimp tacos, wings, salads, and more. No reservations needed.
We had the brisket nachos last week, and they were great. And we’re headed out to try more of the menu for lunch this Friday.
This is truly an experience like nowhere else in town. So will we see you there? 🤔

FINAL GUIDED FAMILY NIGHT HIKE OF THE SEASON
Your Last Chance to Search for Nocturnal Wildlife 🦉
This Friday night, May 2, is the final Family Night Hike of the season at the Cibolo Nature Center — your last chance to join this guided after-dark adventure before summer break.
The hike takes place at sunset, with families searching the trails for nocturnal wildlife under the stars. It’s designed for young explorers and their grown-ups, and it’s always a hit.
The hike runs from 7:45 to 9:15 pm, and costs $30 per household. After this, Family Night Hikes won't return until August.
Bring a flashlight, a water bottle, and solid shoes — the trails can be rocky and slick after dark.

🌳 And the Answer Is…
Garden Street! If you go North Main, turn right on Frederick, it turns into Kitty Kat Lane, which then connects to Adler. There’s a spot where Frederick and Kitty Kat Lane connect that people park on the side of the road to access the beginning of the Old No. 9 Trail.
It’s a gorgeous little road. Drive slow! 🚗
And incidentally, while you’re there, at the corner of Garden and Kitty Kat Lane, there’s a house for sale on a little over an acre of land - and it backs up to the trail. The price just dropped, and it’s gorgeous. So if you want to take a look, make sure to give our guy Lance L. Lira a call at 210-875-9999 so he can show you!*
🦁 Here’s What’s Happening at Lion & Rose British Pub*
Looking for Trivia? Live Music? How about Karaoke? It's all happening at The Lion & Rose Dominion, just a short drive up the road from Boerne. And don't forget about our Cinco De Mayo Happy Hour Party on Monday!
Check out details on who is playing, and stay tuned for info on their Cinco de Mayo Happy Hour on their Facebook page!
