We know what’s coming to Boerne Town Center Phase Two (partially)
And a whole lot more. Let’s get into it!

WING STOP, JIMMY JOHN’S, & MORE PLANNED FOR BOERNE

With phase one taking shape (and many of the businesses looking to open in the next month), we now have a partial view of what’s coming in phase two of Boerne Town Center as of 4/21/26.
Recently updated plans show the following in the center attached to the future Sprouts location: Jimmy John’s, Wing Stop, Palm Beach & Tan, & Wag N’ Wash.
There are also placeholders for “National Vet,” “Optometrist,” and “Nail Salon.” Although, there’s now a nail salon in phase one, so not sure if that will stick.
Phase two will basically be located between phase one and the VA Clinic being built behind Sauced.
No word on expected groundbreaking for phase two, as last we heard it was supposed to be end of 2025. Of course, plans are all subject to change.

That pottery painting studio we mentioned before? It’s opening sooner than expected, with doors set to open April 30. Located at the corner of E Blanco and Oak Ln, this new spot is shaping up to be the perfect place for date nights, girls nights, birthday parties, or just doing something different for once.
They’ll be open Thursday through Sunday, giving you plenty of chances to stop by and get creative. Whether you’re actually artistic or just there for the vibes, it’s one of those places that makes it easy to try something new without overthinking it.

FOUND THE PERFECT MOTHER’S DAY GIFT SPOT

Skip the last-minute scramble. Upstairs at Bechants, you’ll find handbags, fine fragrances, jewelry, and clothing that feel way more thoughtful than your typical gift. With pieces from designers like Roberto Coin, Temple St. Clair, and Tamara Comolli, plus luxury scents from Parfums de Marley and more, it’s basically a one-stop shop for something she’ll actually love.
And if you’re stuck on what to get, their handbags are an easy win. Bonus tip: don’t leave without checking out the old bank vault downstairs, it’s a cool little surprise.

If you thought Black Rifle Coffee Company Boerne was just for your morning caffeine fix, think again. They’ve officially rolled out a mixed beverage menu featuring espresso martinis, cold brew cocktails, energy-based drinks, and even beer on tap from Cibolo Creek Brewing Co..
Even better, they’re planning to extend their hours to around 6:30 PM, turning this into a legit afternoon or evening hangout spot right on Main Street. Definitely not your average coffee run anymore.

NEW CREATIVE CONSIGNMENT BOUTIQUE COMING TO SOUTH MAIN

We just found your new side hustle, Boerne.
A brand new kind of shop just signed a lease in Boerne, and gotta say, this one’s creative.
Linen & Dove is coming to 1201 S Main St, Suite 107, bringing a consignment concept that lets locals literally rent their own closet space inside the store.
Here’s how it works:
You rent a closet for the week for only $35, fill it with clothing, vintage finds, handmade goods, or whatever treasures you’ve got—and Linen & Dove handles the rest.
They’ll be open 7 days a week, process all the sales, and you take home about two-thirds of whatever sells. Think of it as part boutique, part marketplace, part side hustle opportunity… all under one roof.
They’re aiming to open in July, and sign-ups to become a “Closet Curator” are coming soon. Who’s ready to rent a closet?
