March is when Boerne really wakes up. The weather shifts, patios fill, and suddenly every weekend has multiple events competing for your time. This month’s lineup includes Movie in the Park featuring Minecraft, Boerne Market Days, murder mystery dinners, live music nights, car shows, hands-on classes, family fairs, and the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Boerne Lake.

GRAND OPENING PARTY AT THE FORGE GROUP FITNESS ROOM

Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club is opening a brand-new Group Exercise Studio, and the community is invited to get a first look.
The Grand Opening Party takes place March 7 from 9–11 am, with light bites, giveaways, guided tours, and a chance for non-members to step inside and experience a piece of country club life.

Boerne Police Recognize Top Officers And Dispatcher
The Boerne Police Department honored several members during its annual awards ceremony, recognizing exceptional service in 2025. Officer Jose Salazar was named Officer of the Year after multiple life-saving rescues, Sgt. Doug Meuth earned Supervisor of the Year, and Dispatcher Stephen Scott was recognized for his leadership and composure during critical incidents. Additional honors included the Fit For Duty and Top Gun awards, highlighting both physical readiness and marksmanship excellence. Learn more
Community Shred Day Set For March 27

Boerne Community Theatre is hosting “Murder at the Wine Bar” on March 25 at DeVino Cellars. This immersive fundraiser drops guests into the middle of a suspenseful and comedic whodunnit where everyone’s a suspect and clues are hidden around every cork.
Tickets are $30, and all proceeds support the theatre. Wine and charcuterie will be available for purchase, making it an easy way to enjoy a night out while backing local arts.

THE FIRST BLUEBONNET HAS BLOOMED FOR THE SEASON
