Chloe Belle, known for its New Orleans-style shaved ice, is officially opening its new brick-and-mortar location at 529 TX-46, Unit B04 in Boerne. Expect that signature soft, fluffy ice they’re known for, now in a permanent space.
They’ll be running a limited menu as things get going. They’re still running their truck somedays, as the brick and mortar is still in soft opening mode. Here’s this weekend’s schedule:

Saturday (3.28): Easter Egg Hunt (10:30 AM) & Baseball for Babies (2–4 PM)

Goat Yoga is coming to Boerne this summer at the historic barn at Herff Farm, and tickets are almost gone. This event is selling out fast. In fact, since we posted it on Facebook, May and June dates already sold out. But there are still tickets available for the July date.
It’s one of those unique, slightly chaotic, but genuinely fun experiences that people keep coming back for. If you want in, it’s probably not something to “think about” for too long.

Boerne’s German roots are still alive and well, and Das Festival of Kendall is how the community keeps that tradition going. Now heading into its 3rd year, this Father’s Day weekend event at Main Plaza brings together heritage, culture, and community, all while giving back right here in Kendall County.
Built by locals and powered by volunteers, it’s a true community effort made up of families, small businesses, and first responders who care about preserving what makes Boerne special. New for 2026, individuals and families can now become Community Supporters for just $100, making it easy to be part of something meaningful.

WHAT IS IT WEDNESDAY
You plant something, water it, give it sunlight… and then a few weeks later you’re staring at your garden thinking, “Wait… what is that?” It happens more often than people admit, especially when labels disappear or everything starts looking the same.
