ROOTED STRENGTH EXPANDS SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING FOR WOMEN 💪

Rooted Strength Coaching, Boerne’s only all-female strength studio, is expanding its Semi-Private Strength Training program. This format sits right between personal training and group classes, with just 3–4 women per training block, allowing each client to follow a personalized program based on their goals such as building muscle, improving endurance, recovering from injury, or focusing on body composition.

Two new morning training blocks at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM are opening soon, and with only a few spots in each session, availability is limited. It’s a supportive environment where women train together while still receiving individualized coaching.
