See that sandwich? That’s one of our favorite sandwiches in Boerne. What I didn’t know until just the other day is that every Tuesday, Klein’s runs a lunch special on it. You get that sandwich, chips, and a small drink for ONLY SEVEN DOLLARS.
Seriously. I’m going today. And I’m going to video it. And it’s going to say something like “POV: You found out one of your favorite lunches in Boerne is an EVEN BETTER value on Tuesdays.” 👀

Another Chance to Support First Responders
Did you miss the last Hope for Heroes Greeting? If so, there’s another right around the corner.
What exactly is a Hope for Heroes Greeting? Well, you meet at The Kendall in one of the back gathering halls, where you have coffee and breakfast tacos while you fellowship with others for a bit.
After a while, everyone will gather around and wait by the door until the out of town heroes and their families are brought in. Everyone cheers to greet them, and they are awarded gift cards and a free night’s stay at the Kendall as a thank you for their service.
It’s really a cool thing to experience. So mark your calendars now so you don’t miss it!

Main Plaza, often called “The Square” by Boerne locals, was originally known as “The Common Area” when established in 1852. 🌳✨
The iconic gazebo was first built in 1910 (and has been replaced a few times since). In the ’70s, it got its now-famous onion-shaped roof 🧅🎪—which, fun fact, caused quite the stir back then!
