I don’t know about you, but we love Tex-Mex. And in honor of El Chaparral's 53rd anniversary, they will be offering their Texas enchilada plate for $10 until the end of February.

We stopped by yesterday to try it out, and it was wonderful. Their cheese enchiladas were delicious. And if you have kids, don’t miss the hidden claw machine arcade in the back!
