BOERNE & FAIR OAKS RANCH HOUSING MARKET UPDATE

Our local real estate expert, Charley Wasson of Sunflower Real Estate, has the latest MLS data for 78006 and 78015 for us! Inventory has climbed 35 percent, giving buyers more options across both Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch. At the same time, home prices continue to trend upward, with the average sold price and price per square foot both increasing.

Homes are also taking longer to sell. The average days on market jumped from 45 to 121, a sign of the slower pace compared to the past few years. And seller concessions have risen sharply, with incentives increasing from about $5,000 to more than $14,000.

Boerne Sips Nutrition is officially in the holiday spirit with a brand-new Christmas menu featuring festive energy drinks, peppermint donuts, hot chocolate shakes, and seasonal coffee flavors. A Doggie 4 You Launches New Raffle With Big Prizes

The rescue where the founders adopted both their pups is running another raffle through March 31, 2026 (or until tickets sell out). Prizes include a Polaris Side-by-Side, a golf weekend at Flying L Ranch, and more.
