A NEW TWO-STORY OUTPATIENT MEDICAL FACILITY IS COMING TO NORTH MAIN STREET

Big news for Boerne’s medical landscape: a 47,000-square-foot outpatient facility is being planned for 701 N. Main Street. The project comes from Escalera Capital as part of a broader healthcare real estate initiative aimed at expanding care options throughout the Hill Country.

The location sits just Town and Country Nursing & Rehab and Security State Bank & Trust, and south of the historic home shared by BRCK Defense, J Fox Custom, and others. As plans progress, more details will be released — and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
