INTRODUCING OUR NEW LOCAL REAL ESTATE EXPERT, CHARLEY WASSON

We’re excited to welcome Charley Wasson of Sunflower Real Estate as our new local real estate expert here at The Boerne Life. Charley is a full-time Realtor with nearly two decades of experience helping clients buy and sell homes in Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, and along the IH-10 corridor.
He’s overseen hundreds of transactions, earned 27 Golden Nail builder awards, and been recognized multiple times as a Platinum Top 50 winner. Beyond real estate, Charley is active in the community through St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (the oldest church in Boerne!) and the Boerne Knights of Columbus. He also enjoys staying connected with friends and neighbors alongside his wife, Alisa, who partners with him at Sunflower Real Estate.
Something cool Charley has that you might be interested in… a tool on his site that will tell you what your property is worth!
