DOLLAR TREE SIGN IS UP ON NORTH MAIN đȘ
The Store Will Return Before You Know It

The long-awaited return of Dollar Tree is finally taking shape. Construction is underway at 1024 N. Main Street, and the sign just went up in the Live Oak Shopping Centerâformer site of the beloved Winnâs store, for those whoâve been around Boerne a while. Last we heard, Dollar Tree is expected to open by mid-May.
Many of yâall were disappointed when the old store closed last year, but we think the new location, along with OâReilly Auto Parts, might mark a revival of sorts for the shopping center. Weâll let you know when we get a more solid opening date!

Inspiring Speaker. Nashville Talent.
Tonight, head to Free Roam Brewing Co. for a powerful evening of community and music at the monthly Menâs Night in the beer garden. This monthâs speaker is country musician Matt Masonâwinner of CMTâs Next Superstar, known for his powerful comeback story from addiction to Nashville acclaim.
Mason will share his testimony and perform an acoustic set. Expect good food, drinks, and fellowship starting at 7 pm. Free and open to men and boys age 13+.
We went a few weeks ago for Mayor Frank Ritchieâs talk, and it was a pretty good night!

THROWBACK THURSDAY
Here's something we didn't know - back in 1950's, the big attraction for kids at Main Plaza was a merry-go-round!
It was located south of the plaza between Blanco Rd. and San Antonio Street. I want to ride that thing!

Tucked off Main Street⊠and home to Tiara Tea Parties, too!

New Catholic School Opens This August
Starting this fall, Boerne families will have a new private school option. St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School is opening behind the church on Main Street and will offer classes for Pre-K 3 through 6th grade to start, with 7th and 8th grades launching the following year.
The permanent campus is expected to be complete in 2026, but classes will begin this August in a temporary building. Enrollment is now open, and families who register by May 15 can lock in tuition rates for two years. An open house is set for May 10. Learn more at stpetersboerne.org.
